Accountabilities
Define and communicate a compelling multi-year product vision aligned with the mission and growth strategy.Translate business goals into clear product priorities and roadmaps.Lead portfolio strategy across member experience, provider tools, employer solutions, and AI capabilities.Ensure product decisions are grounded in clinical evidence and measurable outcomes.Elevate member experience across the entire care journey.Partner with Clinical leadership to integrate innovation responsibly.Lead and scale the Product Management organization.Develop senior product leaders and establish strong talent pipelines.Foster a culture of clarity, accountability, and customer empathy.Establish rigorous product operating rhythms and governance.Improve decision velocity and cross-functional alignment.Implement strong product analytics and experimentation frameworks.Collaborate with Engineering on technical strategy and scalability.Support Commercial and Growth teams with differentiated offerings.Represent Product with customers, partners, and investors.Requirements
15+ years in product leadership, including 5+ years leading large, multi-layered product organizations.Experience at scale in healthcare, digital health, SaaS, or mission-driven technology environments.Proven track record of building products that deliver measurable outcomes.Experience operating as a senior executive in a high-growth environment.Visionary yet pragmatic leader able to balance long-term strategy with near-term execution.Strong systems thinker with a portfolio-level perspective.Exceptional cross-functional collaborator and influencer.Data-driven decision-maker with deep user empathy.Benefits
