Summary: The Leadership Development Manager supports organizational learning and leadership programs. This individual will work closely with the Sr. Director of Learning and DEI and the People Operations Department to adapt and provide their expertise to optimally plan, curate and deliver learning to Onbe leaders, teams, and organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive enterprise-wide people manager and leadership programs and initiatives embedded with our leadership competencies and core values.
  • Support the creation and execution of Onbeโ€™s flagship in-person Manager Bootcamp for all leaders.
  • Develop live-learning, self-led, and virtual content across various management and leadership development topics, including but not limited to: leadership and management skills and standard processes, soft skills, operational management, and other non-technical training topics.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Executive and Senior Leadership Teams, along with the People Business Partners, in creating training materials and facilitating associated training.
  • Create and review coaching routines to support company initiatives, processes, and methodologies.
  • Maintains professional knowledge of innovative and current practices in learning science, leadership development, and technology through research analysis and participation in professional development.
  • Curate and create digital learning playlists and recommendations for self-directed learning.
  • Maintain detailed records of L&D activities, attendance, and feedback.
  • Cultivate relationships and develop strong partnerships across the business, vendors, and internal employees we partner with for our learning programs.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years related to professional experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Talent Development, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven history of running sophisticated talent initiatives and projects across multiple constituents, specifically passionate about bringing new products/services.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and provide a high level of attention to detail.
  • Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and facilitation.
  • Ability to connect with people and establish relationships collaboratively.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate optimally to different audiences, acting with discretion, tact, and persuasion.
  • Previous experience with internal advising, coaching, or group coaching is a plus.

The base salary range for this position is between $94,050.00 to $125,400.00, with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, and market demand. This position can be office-based, hybrid, or fully remote in the continental United States. Onbeโ€™s employee base is mostly clustered in the Eastern and Central time zones, with offices in suburban Philadelphia and suburban Chicago. Some periodic travel will be required.
