Legal Internship - Ethics & Compliance

The Team:
The Ethics & Compliance Team is located within the legal department, manages topics related to the Celonis Code of Conduct and runs the global Celonis Privacy Program.
The Role:

• Provides advice and guidance on compliance-related topics
• Defining and implementation of Policies and Procedures
• Training & Awareness Measures
• Coordination of audits and certifications
• Leads compliance-related projects

The work you'll do:

The qualifications you need:

• Bachelors Degree (Senior level) or MBA student focused on law, business administration, quality management or a related field
• Experience managing smaller projects
• Basic understanding of general compliance requirements and data privacy principles
• Keen interest in understanding all types of business processes
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Enjoy working in cross-functional projects
