About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Legal Operations professional to support the operations of its Legal, Compliance and Corporate Affairs Operations Team. This is a generalist role that involves managing and supporting projects and programs across the full range of subject matter supported by the legal team. This role reports to the Senior Director of Program Strategy and Operations .
What you'll do day-to-day:

• Administer and manage processes and programs that support the department
• Support technology solutions relevant to the department
• Enable efficiencies by creating seamless access to department institutional knowledge through the organization and centralization of key templates, policies, processes, and other knowledge materials
• Manage learning and development opportunities for the department
• Design, track, and report on department metrics to inform decision making in developing operational strategies and best practices
• Work cross-functionally with teams throughout the company, including finance, corp eng, compliance, and operations

Some things we consider critical for this role:

• B.A. or B.S. Degree
• 5+ years legal operations experience in an in-house legal department (preferably tech and/or fintech), law firm, or both
• Experience with legal professional development
• Experience sourcing and implementing legal team technology solutions (e.g., contract management etc.)
• Experience building cross-functional company relationships and leading cross-functional teams
• Excellent business acumen
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to coordinate and effect change and process improvements
• Ability to engage proactively and lead initiatives
• Ability to develop solutions for a diverse range of complex issues
• Excellent strategic and tactical execution skills
• Adept at managing multiple, complex priorities and balancing the needs of various stakeholders
