Dynamo is looking for a Level 2 Support Engineer! To be successful in this role you'll have to enjoy troubleshooting and supporting clients to be successful with the Dynamo Products. The Level 2 Support Engineer will gather information and analyze data to provide solutions to client issues while collaborating with many other teams throughout the Client Services department and beyond.

Your daily life:

  • You'll be the first point of escalation for technical issues from the Dynamo Support and Client Services teams
  • Test and troubleshoot product features to ensure accuracy and ease of use for our clients
  • Gather required information, analyze data and provide solutions to client issues
  • Deliver client feedback to the product teams to support continuous improvement of the Dynamo Product Platform
  • Interface with client-side IdP Architects, Administrators, Developers and Engineers to make sure clients experiences are smooth

What you'll bring to Dynamo:

  • Familiarity with SQL
  • Ability to understand and troubleshoot API's
  • Familiarity with API-keys, authentication, REST API's, JSON, SOAP, LDAP, SSO
  • Exposure to Windows Azure and Office 365; specifically, Azure Active Directory
  • Excellent knowledge of B2B Identity Federation setup/enhancements, outbound SSO
  • Experience integrating with third party and custom applications and troubleshooting relevant integration issues
  • Technical aptitude and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to discuss and translate technical details to non-technical people
  • Excellent trouble-shooting and technical problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
