Level 4 Analyst (Lead Penetration Tester) - IN

Level 4 Analyst (Lead Penetration Tester):

Responsible for leading comprehensive penetration testing initiatives, including vulnerability assessment scans, to identify and address security vulnerabilities and risks within the organization's systems and applications . Will also takes on additional leadership and strategic roles within the organization's security operations.

Should be ok to work in night shift - (6:30 pm IST to 3:30 am IST)

Key Responsibilities:

Leads the development and execution of advanced penetration testing strategies and methodologies.

Drives innovation in penetration testing practices by exploring new tools, techniques, and approaches.

Acts as a subject matter expert and advisor on complex penetration testing projects and security initiatives.

Provides strategic guidance to senior management on security risks and mitigation strategies.

Must have extensive knowledge on python development and automation scripts. 

Collaborates with senior leadership to develop and implement pen-testing plans and procedures.

Represents the team and and working groups related to penetration testing and cybersecurity.

Leads and mentors a team of penetration testers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.

Works closely with executive leadership to align security objectives with overall business goals and objectives.

Must Have

Ø Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent with real passion for security researching

Ø 7+ years of experience executing large/ mid-size scale penetration testing assessments of highly critical systems OSCP, OSCE, GPEN, CREST or similar certifications will be a plus

Ø  Advance Penetration Testing

Ø Strong knowledge of Scripting skills (e.g., Python) is mandatory.
