Licensing & Regulatory Affairs Analyst

The Licensing & Regulatory Affairs Analyst will be part of Underdog’s Compliance team and report directly to the Director of Regulatory Compliance. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining all aspects of vendor licensing and employee occupational licensing for Underdog.

What you’ll do:- Provide support to personnel completing individual license applications; ensure completeness and accuracy and implement timelines to achieve Underdog’s application deadlines.
- Track employee license numbers and manage licensure renewals.
- Own and manage the regulatory vendor licensing vertical; policy, vendor licensing upkeep, contract upkeep, renewals, new state processes, due diligence, and vendor procurement
- Assist in handling & reviewing contracts with third party vendors
- Organization and upkeep of official records regarding Underdog’s licensing activities
- Fully comprehend the regulatory vendor and employee licensing requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
- Provide day-to-day support to the business on any queries around compliance and regulation
- 2+ years of similar licensing and regulatory affairs experience
- Knowledge of gaming and betting laws and regulations
- Strong organizational, administrative, and punctual skills; strong attention to detail
- Strict knowledge of and adherence to confidentiality requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Legal background

Our targeted compensation rate for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000 depending on experience, plus equity. Below you’ll find a few of our perks:
