VSCO is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to play a key role in supporting our existing lifecycle programs across multiple channels, including email, in-app, and push notifications. You’ll partner closely with the broader marketing team and product teams to develop key messaging, creative production and testing, as well as analysis and reporting. Experimentation and a customer-centric mindset must be core to the lifecycle programs you’ll build. Your work will directly impact VSCO’s ability to meet our mission of nurturing creativity so creators can make it. .

The day-to-day

  • Create and refine effective lifecycle programs that leverage long term relationships for the customer journey end-to-end
  • Create and maintain documentation of all lifecycle programs, including developing a map of the user journey for company-wide visibility
  • Champion the creator experience by leveraging a deep understanding of user research, NPS data, and member stories
  • Ensure high quality and error-free implementation, testing and QA of lifecycle marketing campaigns
  • Support the broader marketing team in hands-on execution of marketing campaigns (building & sending emails, pulling audience segments, a/b testing & reporting)
  • Continuously implement A/B tests that improve retention, conversion rate, and customer loyalty
  • Build reports on both A/B tests and broader customer journeys to help guide decision making to iterate and scale
  • Develop creative briefs and work with designers and copywriters to create compelling creative that drives results
  • Test and develop strategies for testing new communication channels 
  • Support brand, comms, and social initiatives as necessary

Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing
  • Experience executing channels such as emails, in-app messages, and/or push notifications
  • Expertise with Braze, Hubspot, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Iterable, or a similar platform
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript
  • Experience building complex reporting systems and delivering concise readouts to cross functional teams

Nice to have:

  • Direct experience working at mobile-app, retail, or subscription based businesses
  • Experience reporting results of experiments and communicating results to cross functional teams
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or other data languages

Compensation

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors, such as qualifications, experience, and skills. The base salary range for this role is $116k-$123k. Salary is one component of the total compensation package, which includes bonuses (if eligible), equity, flexible time off, and other benefits.
