This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Loan Agency Relationship Management Associate Director in the United States.
This role sits at the center of complex loan agency operations, combining client relationship management with high-precision transaction administration. You will serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers, lenders, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of loan servicing activities. The position requires strong expertise in interpreting legal and financial documentation while maintaining strict operational controls. You will oversee daily administration of assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all deliverables. This is a client-facing, detail-oriented role in a fast-paced financial services environment where judgment, communication, and problem-solving are essential. You will also contribute to strengthening client relationships and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Accountabilities:
- Manage end-to-end administration of assigned loan agency accounts, ensuring compliance with governing transaction documents and internal controls.
- Serve as the primary liaison for borrowers, lenders, legal professionals, and internal teams, ensuring clear and professional communication across all stakeholders.
- Oversee payment processing, notices, compliance deliverables, and other transaction-related obligations with high accuracy and timeliness.
- Interpret and apply complex legal and financial documentation to support accurate loan administration and issue resolution.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve operational or client service issues related to assigned accounts.
- Maintain deep knowledge of assigned transactions and ensure consistent execution of all procedural and contractual requirements.
- Support broader team operations when needed, contributing to workload balancing and service continuity.
- Identify relationship-building opportunities and support client retention and potential business development efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or J.D.) preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in finance, capital markets, loan agency, or law firm environments.
- Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex legal and financial documents.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with sound judgment in operational decision-making.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and align on shared goals.
- High proficiency with computer systems and adaptability to learn new financial or operational platforms.
- Strong integrity, accountability, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work standard business hours with occasional flexibility for evenings, weekends, and limited travel (up to 15%).
