M365 Consultant

We are seeking individuals who are interested in an exciting and challenging career working with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint Online, the Power Platform and, if required, SharePoint on-premises (2013, 2016, 2019). You will have the opportunity to work with the latest Microsoft SharePoint technologies and solutions in a dynamic work environment (and work with some great people too)! At times you will be assigned to one project/client team, and other times you will work across multiple projects/clients. You will need experience in engaging and communicating with customers for deliverables as well as formalizing additional work. 
Must have at least 3+ years of full life cycle SharePoint/M365 experience. 
This position offers full-time work from home flexibility.
Responsibilities will include:

• Creating and supporting SharePoint and M365 solutions for Bamboo Solutions clients
• Creating requirements, functional design specifications, implementation plans, and test scripts/plans
• Anticipating, mitigating, identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving SharePoint issues and escalating incidents as necessary on behalf of clients
• Providing consulting on Bamboo’s services, products, and client projects
• Assist and support application development teams and system administrators throughout project lifecycles

What is required?

• First and foremost, you should be passionate about M365 and SharePoint and enjoy what you do!
• Understanding and experience designing and configuring highly customized SharePoint forms using PowerApps
• Credible and professional presence, excellent written/verbal communication and customer support skills, and the desire to work in a team environment across organization functional boundaries
• Experience as a consultant with a proven track record of delivering excellence and building business
• At least 3+ years of full life cycle SharePoint/M365 implementation, upgrade, migration, application support and deployment experience with SharePoint 2013/2016 and M365 - including M365 SharePoint tenant administration
• Knowledge of current SharePoint/M365 services and standards including Teams and OneDrive
• Ability to architect solutions using SharePoint Online functionality (Hub Sites, Term Store, Enterprise Keywords, SPFx Deployment, Content Types, etc.)
• Experience with Power Automate and PowerApps
• Proven skills set with farm administration for On-Premises SharePoint environments
• Ability to map client needs to M365/SharePoint functionality

What would set me apart?

• Microsoft certification relating to SharePoint/Microsoft 365
• Previous development experience (JavaScript, SPFx, PowerShell)
• Previous Managed Services experience
• Experience with information architecture and creating governance policies
• Proven experience growing business and identifying opportunities within the current customer base
• Microsoft Dataverse/Common Data Service experience
• Experience working in federal environments that require clearances
