About the Role: We are looking for a talented and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and software engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Design, Develop, and Implement:

  • Create robust systems capable of processing and generating high-quality prompts and supporting Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) tasks.

  • Design and implement scalable machine learning models and algorithms.

• Integration:

  • Integrate machine learning models into existing systems and workflows.

  • Collaborate closely with software engineers and data scientists to ensure seamless deployment and integration of ML solutions.

• Research and Innovation:

  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning, NLP, and RAG technologies.

  • Apply cutting-edge research to improve existing systems and develop innovative solutions.
    
    

Qualifications:

• Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

• Experience:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in machine learning or a related field, with a deep understanding of NLP and Generative AI.

  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks.

• Skills:

  • Proficiency in developing and deploying scalable machine learning models and pipelines.

  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles, including version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
