Managed Services Delivery Manager
Clients around the globe put Boomi technology at the heart of their IT departments. Our Managed Services Delivery Managers address their two biggest challenges: meeting the needs of service users and keeping the information infrastructure available at all times. Much more than the customer's go-to person when there's an issue, the Service Delivery Managers take a proactive approach to driving technical activities for your Managed Services. Service Delivery Managers collaborate closely with a range of colleagues to identify sales opportunities, drive best support practices, deliver consistent service levels and ensure complete client satisfaction of the Boomi Managed Services offerings.

You will:
- Own the service delivery supported by delivery engineering team; ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are in place and followed
- Drive incidents to ensuring coordination of resolving parties, effective communication to stakeholders and post incident review
- Maintain high performing service support functions with focus on Boomi Managed Services.
- Champion Service and Support in projects and developing a strong understanding of projects impacting your service area and ensuring service impact is minimized and agreed
- Manage quality of Service and performance; ensuring future demand from customer growth and projects is understood and factored into capacity plans for all associated systems
- Drive internal and third party service review meetings covering performance, service improvements, quality and processes

Essential Requirements
- Service Management professional
- Experience in leading cross functional teams focused on incident management, escalation procedures and related disciplines
- Able to demonstrate a high degree of flexibility with customer first mindset
- AWS Cloud Practitioner Foundational or Microsoft Azure Fundamentals Certification
- ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desirable Requirements
- AWS Solution Architect Associate Certification
- Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) Certification
- Google Cloud Digital Leader Certification
- Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer Certification
- Boomi Associate Administration Certification
- Bachelor's degree
