BLN24 is looking for a Management Consultant to join our team.
Our ideal teammate has a curious mind and enjoys taking a challenging problem, breaking it down into sections, reviewing the information, and asking the right questions. You will have exceptional people skills as well as creative solutions.
What you bring to the Game: 
Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients.
• Provide overall client support, such as attending client meetings, writing notes, and developing discussion summaries.
• Conduct research, analyze data and create reports to provide insights and recommendations.
• Evaluate new project ideas and recommendations and ask for feedback.
• Develop project plans, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are completed.
• Deliver strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and change management support.
• Ability to participate in and lead client-facing discussions and meetings across workstreams, including technical resources, user representatives, and project managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Experience with data analytics and reporting.
• Experience meeting with and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Experience developing and reviewing client deliverables, including deliverables in Microsoft Word (i.e., Word Documents, Excel, etc.).
• US. Citizenship Required
