• 专业不限，商业分析、经济学、数据分析、信息管理，计算机科学、统计学、数学和工程类相关专业及背景优先
• 流利的英语听说读写能力
• 了解前沿科技和商业资讯，对前沿技术和信息有一定的敏锐度，期望在咨询行业发展和深耕
• 热衷于探索未知领域，热爱学习，不断提升专业能力，具备分析和拆解复杂问题、并提出可行性解决方案的能力
• 具备良好的团队协作能力、沟通能力和表达能力，能够高效参与团队合作
• 具有较强的抗压能力、适应能力和自我驱动能力，勇于承担工作职责，积极面对和克服挑战，在必要时可以接受在项目地点办公和差旅
