SAP BG - SAP FICO Expert

1、负责SAP FICO模块端到端顶层方案设计、标准化配置、流程落地与体系搭建，构建合规、统一、稳定的集团财务核算与成本管控体系，支撑企业财务标准化、数字化管理。

2、深度基于FICO底层记账逻辑，统一主数据分配规则、凭证分割机制、多准则核算及期末结账体系，输出可落地的财务核算规范、业财集成标准、期末结账标准，实现全集团财务口径统一。

3、负责FICO与各业务模块整体业财集成方案设计与落地，统一业务自动过账、科目确定、维度继承、成本流转底层规则，实现前端业务数据全自动、精准闭环归集至财务模块；搭建企业财务分析报表、多维成本及经营分析报表数据模型，保障业财数据一致、可对账、可追溯。

4、负责企业存货计价、产品成本全流程核算体系建设，精通各行业成本归集及成本核算等核心底层逻辑，搭建精准完整的存货与产品成本核算体系。

5、负责项目全周期需求调研、方案设计、问题答疑、流程优化，持续迭代财务核算规则与成本管控体系，适配企业业务扩张与管理升级需求。

1、行业背景：具备大型国企、央企、能源、化工行业完整项目实施经验，熟悉行业财务核算、成本管控、生产经营、项目管理、设备运维全链条业务逻辑，具备行业标准化财务体系建设经验。

2、项目经验：拥有完整的SAP FICO财务、成本模块全流程落地经验，精通FICO核心底表数据结构、数据流转机制与系统核算内核，具备从底层拆解账务逻辑、成本逻辑、数据差异问题的专业能力，熟悉大型项目标准化实施流程。

3、FICO专业能力：深度掌握S4 FICO全套底层核算体系，熟练掌握多准则核算、多币种评估、凭证分割、实际成本还原、存货多级评估等核心机制；精通各类财务凭证的底层生成逻辑，可独立搭建企业标准化存货计价与产品成本核算体系。

4、业财集成能力：精通FICO与全业务模块的底层集成架构、数据驱动规则与业务财务联动机制；熟悉各业务场景自动过账、科目确定、成本归集、维度继承、凭证生成全链路底层原理，能够独立设计全套业财集成标准方案，具备大型集团业财一体化体系搭建经验。

5、综合能力：具备独立需求拆解、顶层方案设计、系统配置、全流程测试、问题复盘的完整项目能力；沟通协调高效，可独立全权负责FICO模块全周期落地与迭代，适配大型企业数字化项目实施节奏与管理标准。
