About the Role
ABI is rapidly growing, and they're in need of a motivated and adaptable individual to support their product organization that supports their B2B eCommerce platform. As a highly strategic, analytical, and action-biased individual, this Group Product Operations Manager will report directly into the Director of Product and be able to leverage their expertise in product to optimize and lead the entire end-to-end process for building products to enhance delivery experience across markets – connecting our long-term strategy to day-to-day execution.
Top Skills & Qualifications
- Strong product process experience as well as experience driving product requirements from different stakeholders across international markets:
- This person needs to have experience with process development, process analysis, and process experimentation.
- Strong problem solving capability
- Strong experience with documentation, specifically for scaling and keeping processes consistent for scaling in an enterprise environment.
- Experience setting up user interviews remotely.
- You will be responsible for operationalizing getting user feedback across our global markets, compiling it, and documenting it appropriately to drive the product roadmap.
