BrandCycle Inc. is a premium publisher network that represents more than 5,000 bloggers, content creators and social media influencers who use short-form content and strategic deals to convert today’s shoppers. Our proprietary technology delivers exclusive affiliate and paid campaigns to publishers in a streamlined, easy-to-use way. BrandCycle is integrated with 600 of the top brand affiliate programs, including Coach, Kate Spade, Nordstrom, Target, Converse, Crocs and Michael Kors. In December 2021, BrandCycle was acquired by StackCommerce, the leader in commerce content for publishers.

The Role:

BrandCycle is looking to hire a Manager of Brand Partnerships for a 100% remote position. This role works closely with the Brand team to foster and grow retailer opportunities for our affiliate community. This individual will be a key point person in all brand-related business decisions. What You'll Do:

  • Brand Management: Actively manage large-scale affiliate brand relationships. Act as day-to-day point person as well as strategic lead on growing brands’ sales revenue with BrandCycle’s affiliate and influencer network.
  • Brand Investments: Work with brand team members to secure commission increases, paid placement fees and influencer campaigns from brands, aligned with company-wide and individual growth goals. Provide end-to-end management of secured investments.
  • Brand Campaigns: Liaison with internal influencer and marketing teams to schedule and execute brand campaigns. Overseeing timing, message and quality of all brand merchandising. Merchandising channels include email, social media, on-site, network and mobile notifications.
  • Brand Reporting: Work with data team to package and communicate campaign deliverables and results back to brands, securing recurring investments when appropriate.
  • Thought Leadership: Opportunities to engage in strategic planning, including rate changes, merchandising expansions, editorial calendar building and new revenue channel drivers.

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing
  • Knowledge of affiliate networks and SaaS platforms (Impact, Commission Junction, ShareASale, Awin, Rakuten, Tune, etc.)
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
  • Strong track record of building and cultivating relationships with affiliate brand managers. Has an existing rolodex of relationships, a big plus
  • Is comfortable with new and emerging digital platforms and tools
  • Highly proficient at Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven excellence in exceeding revenue goals
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with Mailchimp, a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Intro Call: You’ll hop on a quick call with the hiring manager so we can get to know you better — and you can learn a little more about the role. 
  • Remote-Team Interview: You’ll be meeting with 2-3 team members on a video call. This is your chance to ask questions and see who this role interacts with on a daily basis.

Compensation:

Our overall compensation and rewards package includes base pay, bonus or commission, and a variety of benefits. Base pay is determined within a range that allows you the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.  The anticipated annualized salary range for this role is $70,300 - $95,100 (this range may be modified in the future based on changing market conditions).  Your initial base pay will be determined based on several factors, including demonstrated skills, relevant education or training, experience, qualifications, travel requirements, and job location.
