About the position:
The Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for overseeing the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to inform strategic decision-making within G-P. The Business Intelligence Manager will lead a team of analysts to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive growth, optimize processes, and improve operational efficiency. It will also collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to ensure that business objectives are aligned with data insights.

What you can expect to do:
- Utilize data experience in SQL and Excel and build dashboards in business intelligence tools (e.g.,Tableau)
- Analyze business intelligence and consolidated data to enhance Globalization Partners end-to-end data and reporting.
- Create and overhaul dashboards and underlying data structures to support the needs of all Departments with a heavy focus on Finance and Tech systems.
- Investigate and analyze large volumes of data to draw conclusions and ultimately solve issues.
- Improve processes for current reporting, automation, frequency and efficiency.
- Support all departments with ad hoc analysis and reporting.

What we are looking for:
- BA or BS degreeÂ
- 7+ years of experience on similar role
- Skilled with SQL (required) and Excel (required)
- Experience dashboarding with BI Tools (ie. Tableau (preferred), Looker, Power BI)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with different stakeholders
- Self-starter who can operate independently and drive work to completion in a timely fashion
- Python experience with Numpy and Pandas is a plusÂ
- Forecasting experience
- Willingness to work with multiple time zones
- College degree in computer science/computer information systems or equivalent business experience
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Very strong customer service orientation
