The Campaign Operations Manager plays an essential role in the finishing/delivery side of our project pipeline. This role is responsible for leading and overseeing high-volume, fast-paced projects through delivery. The Campaign Operations Manager will run AV Adaptive Versioning jobs handling all things client related from client deliverables to technical specifications, participate in planning and coordinating activities of all projects to ensure goals and objectives of projects are met. This position requires a high level of business acumen to help drive direction and department growth while honoring creative and technical integrity. Must be a strong, dynamic communicator and serve as a main point of contact for studio partners and clients. A successful candidate is highly motivated individual with a demonstrated ability to manage teams, priorities, and projects with the right mix of organizational and communication skills.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Ideate creative solutions and ways of working to guide clients smoothly through the finishing process.
- Be actively engaged with cross-functional teams and projects to proactively enhance project execution and output.
- Oversee high-volume, fast-paced outputs to ensure that they are of the highest creative and technical standards.
- Work and manage multiple projects while setting proper expectations and priorities.
- Work closely with Producers to maintain in-depth understanding of a project's status, while taking responsibility and ownership of the workload, time management, as well as notes/feedback required by Supervisors & Producers.
- Manage localization and adaptation projects and requirements across multiple media partners.
- Manage global teams spread throughout Los Angeles, London, and Mumbai as needed for project delivery.
- Leading and coordinating campaigns from initial stages through delivery.
- Analyze client requests and manage data/project information pertinent to operators.
- Set new standards and processes as needed.
- Promote production excellence with a focus on performance, scalability, reliability, privacy, and security.
- Build effective relationships with key departments and clients.
- Review videos as required to ensure expected quality is achieved and compliant with client video standards. Train others to perform reviews to remove bottlenecks.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- 5+ years of experience in Entertainment or Commercial Production.
- 3+ years of finishing experience.
- 2+ years of running projects and overseeing production teams.
- QC & Mastering expert with a wide knowledge of technical areas (4K, HD, 4:3 and 16:9 title safe, PAL, NTSC & social deliverables (1:1, 4:3, OLV, etc.).
- Client friendly – ability to engage with entertainment clients.
- Must be highly organized and have the ability to juggle and prioritize several projects at once in a highly efficient manner.
- Proven history of leading complex projects with tight deadlines and multiple dependencies.
- Intimately familiar with post-production environment, workflows, and deliverables.
- Highly Innovative, with an eye for high quality visuals and technical perfection.
- Exceptional technical ability to troubleshoot problems.
- Project planning assistance that includes scoping and costing.
- Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and enthusiasm.
