Job Summary:

The Channel Manager, Network Marketing will support the Go-to-Market Director and will have full responsibility for managing one of our network marketing partners. This includes working effectively with our operations and marketing teams to provide day-to-day support to the channel partner. The Channel Manager will provide in-depth analysis of program and partner performance across key operational and financial metrics. In addition, this person will work closely with partner companies to report campaign performance and develop strategic enhancements. Responsibilities also include managing relationships with channel partners and supporting partner as needed. The Channel Manager will collaborate with marketing partners to identify new opportunities and optimize existing programs. This position requires a progressive, on-the-spot, creative problem solver who demonstrates both technical and analytical excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and relationship building skills. This person must be an independent thinker who demonstrates the ability to synthesize complex operational and marketing data into revenue-impacting marketing strategies.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with account and senior-level executives at key partner companies
  • Work closely with marketing, operations and IT partners to develop and launch desired channel marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Manage day-to-day maintenance necessary with various partner companies
  • Collaborate closely with partners to identify opportunities and optimize offers and response rates to maximize revenue contribution
  • Measure/track results of campaigns and provide summary reports and updates to senior management
  • Develop/refine marketing initiatives, set goals, and review performance vs. plans
  • Occasional travel to channel partner conferences
  • Other duties as assigned

Working Conditions:

  • Hybrid working environment, office and remote
  • Some overtime required as special projects arise
  • Travel (add 15% of time or minimal, etc.)

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4-7 years' experience in channel management. Experience with network marketing a plus

Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong quantitative analytical and problem-solving skills (this is a must)
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, and ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail, highly organized, and flexible
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all organizational levels, both internally and externally
  • Passionate, energetic, and highly motivated to help a company win in a competitive, dynamic, and fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
