This role is ideal for a strategic, client-focused professional who thrives at the intersection of customer success, operations, and digital programmatic advertising. You will manage high-value client accounts, ensuring smooth campaign execution while driving meaningful business outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to become a subject matter expert in programmatic advertising, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns and enhance client experiences. You will play a key role in mentoring peers, shaping best practices, and influencing the success of both clients and internal stakeholders. Accountabilities:

  • Serve as the primary internal and external resource for assigned client accounts, providing guidance on all aspects of digital campaigns
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and execute strategic, efficient, and measurable programmatic plans
  • Oversee the full campaign lifecycle, from pre-launch planning to post-launch reporting and optimizations
  • Monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
  • Escalate issues when needed and ensure timely resolution for both client and internal inquiries
  • Train and mentor Customer Success team members on programmatic best practices and tools
  • Utilize platforms such as Salesforce, Qlik, and proprietary systems to track, manage, and optimize campaigns
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
    • 3+ years of experience in digital media or programmatic advertising (agency, publisher, DSPs, social media, etc.)
    • Hands-on experience planning, executing, and upselling full-funnel programmatic campaigns (CTV, video, display, audio, social)
    • Strong familiarity with DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, StackAdapt, Amazon, etc.)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and internal stakeholder engagement
    • Customer-obsessed, proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Strong organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
