We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Cloud Business Operations to join our dynamic team. As the Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Agile Business Process Analysts and Business Data Analysts. Your primary focus will be to oversee the cloud-based business operations, drive process improvements, and provide strategic insights to support organizational growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in cloud technologies, agile methodologies, and a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:• Lead and manage a team of Agile Business Process Analysts and Business Data Analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management• Oversee cloud-based business operations, ensuring the effective execution of processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define and implement cloud business strategies and objectives• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to cloud business operations, providing regular reports and insights to senior management• Drive the adoption of agile methodologies within the team, promoting collaboration, continuous improvement, and iterative development practices• Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization, leveraging cloud technologies to streamline operations and enhance efficiency• Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, translating them into actionable initiatives and projects• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team, encouraging knowledge sharing and professional development• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, security standards, and data protection policies in all cloud-based operations• Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans, budgets, and roadmaps for cloud business operations• Act as a liaison between the team and other departments, promoting effective communication and collaboration

Qualifications

Basic requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their application to business operations• Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with excellent leadership, mentorship, and performance management skills• In-depth understanding of agile methodologies and experience in implementing agile practices within a team• Knowledge of business process analysis, modeling, and optimization techniques• Familiarity with business data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and their application in driving insights and decision-making• Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively

Preferred Qualifications:• Extensive experience in cloud business operations management, preferably in a software organization• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to drive data-driven decision-making and process improvement• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization• Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for innovation, technology, and continuous improvement• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
