The Manager, Commercial Data and Process overseeing data management and optimization of data and process. This role will support the Greater Asia region commercial operation & digital marketing efforts and initiatives by assuring successful implementation and ongoing sustainability of data quality and improving internal & customer experience.

The responsibilities of this role are as follows:

• Leads the generation, curation and the data entry process for the data that supports the platform marketing investment
• Oversees strategic alignment around Data Governance between the functions, segments and regions.
• Oversees the execution of the processes & data quality governance model in the region impacting sales & marketing efforts
• Solutioning & drive data model that enabler quality analytics
• Drive business & customer requirements gathering, process definition and deployment of business requirements to E2E system and process solutions
• Keep abreast & adopt industry trends, best practices, and leading-edge technology and process improvement ideas
• Lead or co-lead project assign. Plan, drive business case and execution which include project documentation, success criteria, stake holder communication, resource and budget management.
• Drive Change Management for E2E process with clear RACI mapping and metrics owner for ongoing operational/business tracking to ensure sustainability
• Any other task assigns to support region business project / initiative as assigned

The Skills and Behaviors required for this role are as follows:

• Experience working effectively in a dynamic, matrixed, global organization including virtual teams
• Attain required expertise in all databases that house data for the sales & marketing platform (SAP, SFDC, PIM are examples)
• CRM data management experience and knowledge
• Proven experience in Project Management and ability to execute at tactical project-level activities and tasks
• Ability to learn new data systems and comfort in operating them
• Attention to detail and work accuracy
• Ability to recognize process improvement opportunities around data generation, entry and curation and elevate those opportunities to management
• Strong social, collaboration, communication (written and spoken) and presentation skills
• Good teamwork attitude and ability to work with ambiguity
• Strong sense of personal accountability to achieve goals
• Ability to complete defined tasks autonomously

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Data Analytics or Technology relevant discipline
• Minimum 8 years of business and/or functional operational, and consulting with project management experience
• Industry experience in biotech, pharma, or health tech/digital health is preferred but not required
• Familiar with technology tool support business and data management operation (SAP, Analytics tool, Sales Force, PIM) will be added advantage
• Good command of English
