Manager, Content Standards

The Content Standards Manager will work as part of the Content Operations team to oversee and administer Spotter’s Content Policies and Guidelines in relation to reviewing YouTube Channels that are up for a potential Spotter deal and ensuring they align with our company’s Brand Safety Guidelines. The role will be a key contributor and will require this person to be detail oriented and work across many areas of the company. The candidate must be a proactive, self-starter with unbridled energy and passion. What You’ll Do

• Manage Content Review operations across Salesforce, Retool, and the YouTube Content Management System
• Stay up to date with YouTube Policies and observe how they may affect Spotter’s licensed content
• Regularly update relevant departments on any updates in YouTube or Spotter’s Policies
• Manage and monitor third party claims, removed videos, and creator’s upload cadences
• Work with Partnerships Team to brainstorm solutions to get a deal through the Content Review process
• Administer and maintain internal record keeping
• Compile and generate reports for the company and Senior Management team
• Periodic auditing of acquired assets
• Ability to look forward strategically, with a mind set to develop new strategies and processes that will create a more efficient content review workflow

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrated success managing multiple resources and expectations

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be performed in Los Angeles. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is: $75-$500K salary per year. The range listed is just one component of Spotter’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual discretionary bonus and equity.
