Manager, Cyber Threat Management - Remote

Position Purpose:
The Manager of Cyber Threat Intelligence team will play a key role in identifying, detecting, and disrupting threat activity targeting Centene. The role will lead a team of senior and principal analysts in the Threat Intel and Threat Hunting disciplines for the enterprise.
The role will have responsibility for the people, process, and technology including strategy, execution, and operational activities of these functions. As such, the Manager will oversee the production of intel reports, lead and prioritize hunt missions, and support Incident Response activities as required. As a member of the Cyber Security leadership team, the role will also contribute to the organization's overall Cyber Security strategy.
Prior cyber security intelligence experience
Prior Threat Hunt experience
Excellent verbal and writing skills
Military or government agency experience a plus
Hire, develop and retain talent in Threat Management discipline
Prioritize, coordinate and lead threat hunt and threat intel activities. Interact with external forensics examiners or law enforcement as needed
Collects, processes, analyzes, and disseminates cyber threat/warning assessments
Support the development of signatures and detection logic to identify attacks
Brief executive leaders on Cyber Threat Intelligence updates on a periodic basis
Keep abreast with the latest trends in Threat Management discipline and contribute to the larger cyber security community
Perform other duties as assigned
Education/Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security or Information Systems; or equivalent experience is required
Minimum of 5 years industry experience, including Cyber Security, Forensics or Cloud Security
Knowledge of Health Care/Insurance Industry and Data Analysis is required
3+ years of supervisory/management experience is required
Up to 10% Occasional travel to remote sites; travel may include overnight
License/Certification:
NAC, IT or Security Certifications preferred
Pen testing and Forensics certifications preferred
