Job Description

We continue to grow at a rapid pace and are on the lookout for a Manager Data Scientist an Individual contributor to join our growing Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy & Operations team. The StratOps Data Insights & AI team is a new function that empowers Go-To-Market (GTM), Corporate Strategy, Finance, Marketing, and Executive Management to leverage predictive analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) to uncover actionable insights, develop ML models to guide GTM and other business teams, and gain predictive insights into the health and performance of the business.The primary objective of this team is to strive to help our customers achieve their goals while creating “wow” moments of engagement. We have a lot of fun doing that as well.

This role will play a critical role in supporting our marketing, sales, finance, corporate strategy, executive stakeholders, and other support functions by leveraging data, research, and artificial intelligence to drive actionable insights, optimize strategies, and enhance customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities

8. **Advanced Domain Knowledge**: Deep expertise in a specific industry or domain (e.g. Sales, Marketing (GTM), Product Led Growth, Advanced Forecasting, Sentiment Analysis, and Natural Language Processing etc.)

9. **Ethics and Compliance**: Ensuring ethical and compliant use of data.

10. **Business Acumen**: Strong understanding of the business and its challenges.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

- Proven experience (8-10 years) as a Data Scientist, Research Scientist, Machine Learning Architect or a similar role.

- Excellent programming skills in Python and familiarity with Spark for large-scale data processing.

- Strong understanding of AWS services, especially SageMaker, for building and deploying machine learning models.

- Excellent knowledge of machine learning models, algorithms, and statistics.

- Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools to streamline the machine learning lifecycle.

- Ability to estimate project timelines accurately and create detailed plans for project execution.

- Strong collaboration skills to effectively work with machine learning engineers, data scientists, and product managers.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to work.
