The Manager, Dynamics System Administration will be responsible for the administrative support of the Microsoft D365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution including implementing new functionality, troubleshooting issues, maintaining existing features/functionality, managing system upgrades, and providing day-to-day administrative support. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to understand business requirements, processes, and translate these into innovative solutions that are highly usable, scalable, extensible, and sustainable while also having a strong customer service attitude. The role will support all users of the system which is currently at 160+ and growing.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day-to-day administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and will be the first point of contact for all end user inquiries
  • Maintain proper system access for all users and apply security roles and field-level security
  • Ability to actively listen, elicit information, comprehend issues/needs, and recommend solutions with employees across all organizational levels and departments
  • Implementing new functionality, troubleshooting critical issues, managing system upgrades, providing day-to-day administrative support, and championing the Dynamics Culture. 
  • Deliver services and solutions using the Power Platform suite with Azure Integrations: Microsoft’s PowerApps, Power Automate, AI builder, SharePoint, Dynamics, Microsoft Teams, custom development, and data integrations
  • Provides senior-level implementation and administrative support for the cloud-based, D365 CRM System to ensure highly available system access to team members across the Enterprise. 
  • Provide architecture designs, configurations, administration, and functional support to expand capabilities in Microsoft 365
  • Coordinates and maintains multiple, cloud based, D365 environments to support development, testing, training, and production. 
  • Identifies, recommends, and implements approved quality and efficiency improvements to D365 CRM processes by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Optimizes system functionality and recommends continual enhancements.  
  • Creates custom, enterprise, and departmental dashboards to facilitate reporting and monitoring of D365 CRM usage, activity, Enterprise and/or Organizational initiatives, marketing campaigns, etc. 
  • Responsible for troubleshooting critical system, application, and connectivity issues by collaborating closely with IT infrastructure and various vendors, including Microsoft. 
  • Create and maintain all documentation related to the systems and processes owned by this role.
  • Works in a team environment with other platform managers in a collaborative way that drives innovation across all systems that make up the platform. 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or mathematics related field
  • 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM administration experience, preferably in the Financial Services industry
  • 3+ years of Power Apps and Power Automate experience
  • Power Bi experience is a plus
  • SQL Server experience is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Wealth Management industry experience is a plus
