We are seeking an Engineering Manager to join our Trading and Rebalancing Team!
We provide a tax-efficient trading & rebalancing platform for wealth management firms of all sizes. The platform enables sophisticated rebalancing strategies across equities, mutual funds and fixed income products and provides restrictions, equivalents, cash management, and tax budgets.
We’re looking for an expert Engineering Manager who will lead our team; foster an inclusive team culture and empower our engineers to succeed. You'll partner directly with our product and design teams to deliver great experiences for our clients.
Our engineering team primarily works in .Net and we use Agile methodologies to deliver impactful business outcomes.
What You’ll Do- Partner with designers and product owners to craft and deliver significant features on our platform.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to our inclusive and dynamic engineering culture.
- Advocate for standard methodologies and process improvements.
- Help your team develop pragmatic solutions to sophisticated problems.
- Several years experience as a software engineer and experience with leading a global team
- Collaborative approach to building feature-rich user experiences
- Experience with finance and a public cloud environment is a plus!
