Position Requirements:
- Bachelor`s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Education, or related field. Master`s preferred.
- 7+ years general HR organizational development or associate relations experience including successful team interventions leader coaching (including performance management) and dispute resolution
- Working knowledge of compensation and benefits strategies policies and tactics
- Relationship management
- Business acumen
- Organizational leadership and navigation
- Strategic thinking
- Knowledge of principles of human resources including commonly used guidelines and laws on employment and liability
- Knowledge of organization design performance management adult learning theory and customer service

Purpose:
At the direction of and in collaboration with the VP of Human Resources operationalizes HR strategy and initiatives at assigned sites working with all level of leadership. Provides leadership to all HR services delivered to the site providing oversight and balance to assignments as well as allocating resources as needed. Utilizes metrics and system/site reports to identify areas of focus for the HR team to coach leaders and to gauge progress/performance of the operating units. Ensures value in the delivery of all HR functions.
Accountabilities:
- Supports Human Resources Vice President in execution of HR strategy.
- Provides leadership and oversight to all HR services delivered at your site.
- Provides coaching and consultation to leaders on complex issues.
- Implement and facilitate leader development programs.
