About the Role:Ā
As the customer facing leader of the Implementation and Onboarding Team, the Implementation Manager will report to the Head of Customer Success. You will be responsible for leading the successful deployment and integration of API-based solutions for DoseSpot and pVerify customers. You will be responsible for all things related to implementation and onboarding projects including review, reporting, and improvement across both DoseSpot and pVerify products.Ā Additionally, you will bridge the gap between strategic planning and actual implementation, ensuring projects are progressing and meeting predefined objectives.
Your Responsibilities:Ā

Build and leverage deep knowledge of DoseSpot and pVerify products and act as the point person who works with our partner, SureScripts on changes and updates to documents, training, and requirements for certificationĀ

Motivate your team to drive implementation projects from start to finish, coordinate internal resources with customerās needs, and ensure customers successfully meet all requirements to begin utilizing DoseSpot and pVerify solutionsĀ

Coach your team on customer success best practices and lead your team by creating a positive team culture and career development frameworkĀ

Maintain regular and proactive contact with implementation team members and customers and serve as the main point of escalations during the implementation processĀ

Partner with the Sales, Product, Software Development, and Technical Support team to manageĀ projects that will drive successful integration of our products, including reporting on project progress with the focus on meeting or exceeding metric goals and delivering on customer agreementsĀ

Provide updates and feedback on customers' experiences and facilitate any questions or enhancements from the customer to leadership and other stakeholdersĀ

Utilize Salesforce to track customer interactions, projects, and delivery of contractual obligationsĀ

Qualifications:Ā

EducationĀ

High school diploma or equivalent education

ExperienceĀ
-
5 yearsā experience in Implementation, Customer Onboarding, Customer Integrations or another similar role in a growth stage M&A environment

Minimum of 2 years' experience in developing, coaching, and building teamsĀ

Previous healthcare related experience is preferred, but not requiredĀ

Outstanding organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to manage project teams, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and guide customers through the technical implementation processĀ

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and SalesforceĀ

Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and presentation) and experience with adapting communication styles to various audiencesĀ

Must be customer-oriented and provide exceptional customer service

Detail oriented with the ability to multitask, manage time, and make quick, thoughtful decisionsĀ

Self-motivated with the ability to operate in a fast-paced start-up environment and adapt to changing priorities and demandsĀ
