As the Manager, Integrated Marketing at 7shifts, you will be responsible for go-to-market (GTM) planning and cross-channel communications through the customer lifecycle. Reporting to the Director, Revenue Marketing, you will develop new acquisition channels, nurture leads through the sales and product funnel, as well as drive new expansion opportunities through a data-driven mindset. You’ll oversee a team of passionate marketers focused on providing delight to our audience at every step of the journey as we continue to foster an award winning culture and our vision of being the leading workforce management partner to restaurants.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market planning and campaigns across the customer lifecycle for the Marketing organization in strong collaboration with Product stakeholders
  • Identify, develop and grow new and existing acquisition channels, such as ABM & Partner Marketing
  • Work alongside Product Growth & Sales to optimize product-led growth motions to continually improve trial conversion rates
  • Utilize customer data to drive our customer marketing and expansion strategy
  • Own forecasting, reporting and analysis for Acquisition, Activation and Expansion programs
  • Develop and grow a talented team, assessing and filling any skill gaps needed to execute against Marketing strategy and reach company targets
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in lifecycle marketing

What you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in Demand Generation or Lifecycle Marketing, including at least 2 years of driving high performance as a people leader
  • A track record of owning and implementing complex marketing communications programs across channels such as Email, In-App, SMS
  • A superpower of being able to turn data into actionable insights that drive noticeable improvements across the marketing lifecycle
  • Creativity, clear communication, and project management expertise—you’re able to drive speed and operational excellence to achieve big results! 
  • A natural ability to collaborate with others and work towards a common goal—you value other perspectives and can build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders in RevOps, Sales & Product
  • Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation and CRM platforms, preferably Marketo and Salesforce

It’d be even cooler if you had:

  • Marketo certification
  • Experience with Drift and AppCues
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations
  • Product Led Growth (PLG) experience
