Responsibilities:
As the Interim Manager for Enterprise Systems, you will lead a dynamic team of programmers and analysts, overseeing the administration of a diverse range of enterprise applications. The anticipated length of this consulting engagement is up to 9 months. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and optimizing the performance of enterprise applications such as Ellucian Banner, Ellucian Colleague, Oracle PeopleSoft, Jenzabar, Workday, business intelligence, and web application development.
- Leading the administration of the clients' enterprise applications, including Ellucian Banner ERP system with Finance, Human Resources, Student Information System, and Financial Aid; Degree Works; TouchNet Financial Processing; OneCard; Unifyed Verify and Engage Portal; Microsoft PowerBI; NextGen Workflow and Scholarship Manager; SharePoint Employee Portal; SARS; Brightspace LMS; various Java Applications, and other enterprise applications.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the college's technology ecosystem.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role should possess:
- Higher education experience in managing enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following: Ellucian Banner, Ellucian Colleague, Oracle PeopleSoft, Jenzabar, Workday, business intelligence, and web application development.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience overseeing a team of programmers and analysts.
- Familiarity with Microsoft PowerBI, NextGen Workflow and Scholarship Manager, SharePoint Employee Portal, SARS, Brightspace LMS, and other enterprise applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- This consulting engagement is onsite for a client located in the Baltimore, MD area.
Pay and Benefits
- The salary range is $90,000 -$125,000

The listed salary range for this position is indicative and subject to adjustment based on the candidate's unique skills and location. Final compensation will be determined through mutual agreement between the successful candidate and SIG.
