Pax8 a leading value-added cloud-based marketplace is seeking a dedicated Manager of Productivity Solutions Sales to lead our Productivity Solution Consultant (PSC) team and drive success!
Position Overview:
As the Manager of Productivity Solutions Sales you will spearhead our efforts to grow our business by leading a team of Productivity Solution Consultants. Your leadership will be crucial in driving and exceeding monthly sales goals while ensuring that PSCs stay focused on expanding the number of active partners consuming Productivity Solutions through Pax8.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership: Drive the PSC team to achieve and surpass monthly sales targets.

Team Development: Conduct weekly 1:1s daily team meetings and provide consistent feedback and coaching to nurture and develop our Productivity Solution Consultants.

Culture Building: Foster a culture of excellence humility and respect creating an inclusive environment for all PSCs.

Strategic Engagement: Maintain personal contact with top 25 PSC Partners engage with PSCs on key accounts and participate in strategic deals.

Knowledge Sharing: Present Productivity Solutions available through Pax8 and share information on Microsoft CSP updates programs incentives and rebates.

Collaboration: Partner with Pro Services and Partner Solutions Engineering leadership during weekly meetings.

Pipeline Management: Oversee the Productivity Solution sales pipeline and provide 30- 60- and 90-day forecasts.

Organizational Planning: Participate in staffing and organizational planning and collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to develop sales incentives.

Vendor Strategy: Work with the VSM team to develop and execute vendor sales strategies.

Team Building: Plan and organize team events including quarterly on-sites and monthly team-building activities.

Escalation Point: Serve as the escalation point for the PSC team.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience in a sales executive role or equivalent preferably in a B2B environment and 2 years of MSP Tool or SaaS experience.

Leadership: Proven leadership experience with a track record of over-achieving quotas (top 10-20% of the company).

Skills: Strong communication verbal writing and people skills with proficiency in Salesforce.

Education: B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Compensation:
Successful candidates can expect an On Target Earnings (OTE) of $147000.00 or higher depending on experience.
