Position Overview: We seek a Manager of Quality Assurance (QA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in coordination or performance management with some customer service experience. Our Manager of Quality Assurance will have a front-row seat to Mursion sessions, reviewing our interactive simulations to ensure our end users experience a consistent level of quality. The core functions of this job will be process development and management, data analysis and reporting, communicating feedback to our community of Simulation Specialists, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability in our service delivery. This person should also be analytical and creative, an excellent communicator with a strong desire to help others, a strong collaborator, and a lover of organization. 

This is an FT, salaried, and fully remote position reporting to the Director of Simulations. The compensation package is an $80-115K base salary, discretionary company bonus, and benefits package based on applied experience, geographic location, and other factors identified by the hiring committee.

Responsibilities:

  • In partnership with leadership, develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) that are scalable over time. 
  • Lead a small, remote team of QA Evaluators to ensure all QA review is executed in a manner that is consistent with Standard Operating Procedures, on time and budget, and aligned with Simulation Specialists' competencies.
  • Use data from various sources to report outcomes regularly, and identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement activities.
  • Partner with the Manager of Training to formulate strategies that ensure consistent quality of sessions
  • Motivate, coach, and correct Mursion's delivery professionals to ensure that standards are met.
  • Partner with the Training and Product Teams to respond to quality issues 
  • Develop a communication plan for Mursion's QA processes for internal and external audiences

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience leading coordination and project management
  • Experienced in collecting and analyzing data to generate insights 
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Experience managing diverse, remote teams
  • Cultural and language expertise (particularly: Spanish, Mandarin, Tagalog) is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience using technology to develop processes and procedures and accomplish objectives.
  • A desire to help others achieve their best.
  • Willingness to assist other departments in developing solutions and metrics.
  • Nice-to-have experience working in one of the following industries: Customer Service, Professional Services, or Entertainment
