Manager, Office Capital Markets & Investment Services

We seek to appoint an experienced commercial real estate professional to join our high-performing Sydney CBD Office Capital Markets & Investment Services team. This is an opportunity for a driven individual that wants  exposure to premier transactions throughout Sydney Metropolitan ranging from $1m to $100m properties. Partnering with some of the most sophisticated investors and owners in the market leveraging the deep capability of the market’s strongest national platform.

If you thrive on building deep client relationships, driving revenue, and working collaboratively across a leading global real estate platform, this role is for you.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
• Originate, manage and execute investment sales campaigns across Sydney Metropolitan.
• Prepare marketing submissions, sales agency agreements and client reports.
• Collaborate closely with internal service lines to maximise opportunities.
• Actively pursue new business and contribute to individual and team revenue targets.
• Maintain a strong presence in the market and a deep understanding of emerging trends.

About you

You will Bring 

• 3+ years experience in commercial property of investment sales.
• Current NSW Real Estate Licence. 
• Proven ability to generate business and manage client relationships. 
• High quality presentation, negotiation and communication skills. 
• A performance-driven mindset with a strong team focus.
