ABOUT THE ROLEĀ
The Manager, Operations Implementation is part of the Supply Chain Operations team and will report to the Director of Business Operations. This person is responsible for owning project intake, following projects from design process through execution, and assisting with change management during deployment. This team member will need to keep in mind people resources and the impact change will take on the business. A successful Manager will have both a strong project management background, a deep understanding of our End-to-End Supply Chain and Final Mile business, as well as a Change Management or Implementation background. In short, this role will ensure business projects are appropriately resourced, requirements are neatly collected, and project status is clearly communicated on a regular basis to other Members of their direct team and the greater SC Operations organizational chart.Ā
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Be an implementation specialist: Manage timelines, risk and issues; develop reporting standards and cadences for progress; identify cross-functional impacts and serve as the single point of truth for the project; serve as the liaison between teams, identify workstreams requiring your attention and roll up your sleevesĀ
- Identify and remove organizational barriers to foster positive change throughout SC Operations. Lead projects and initiatives from idea generation to strategic execution. Providing strategic insight and evaluation of the organizationsā progressionĀ
- Participate in developing and influencing strategy, planning, and execution depending on project or initiative needsĀ
- Define, track and report on key performance indicators including monthly updates on projects
- Define then run project intake and project management for the SC Operations BusinessĀ
- Build the case for projects, evaluate impact and define scopeĀ
- Ensure change is communicated and rolled out consistentlyĀ
- Meet and work with key collaborators to ensure projects are clearly defined and prioritized
- Build, own and drive project and change calendars for SC OperationsĀ
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize each accordinglyĀ
- Assist the Manager, Field Training & Standardization in documenting reproducible project flows and communicating these to cross-functional teamsĀ
- Handle regular communications and updates to team members regarding project status, ensuring senior leadership is informed of project statuses and impact on a regular cadenceĀ
- Celebrate wins and impact while continuously advocating for the teamĀ
- Be a change agent: challenge organizational leaders to drive continuous improvement.Ā
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- 3-5 Years of Project, Implementation, or Change Management experienceĀ
- Bachelorās Degree required, Masters Degree a plusĀ
- Solid understanding of project management tools
- PMPC PreferredĀ
- 2-3 years of management experienceĀ
- Highly organized and process-oriented with the ability to multi-taskĀ
- Naturally collaborative with strong conflict resolution, facilitation, and influencing skillsĀ
- An outgoing, dynamic personality with excellent organization and communication skillsĀ
- An interest in analytics and data-driven decision makingĀ
- Excellent computing skills (email, MS office, Google Suite, Salesforceā¦)Ā
- Work well both independently and in a team environmentĀ
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures a plusĀ
- Ability to travel 25% of the timeĀ
