Job Summary

The Partnerships Manager is responsible for the overall ownership and management of our brand and strategic partnerships that originate in the Experiences & Membership organization. The Partnerships Manager will be a thought partner within the Experiences & Membership Team.

This position balances strategic, high-level business planning along with excellence of operational enablement of third-party relationships. We are looking for a leader with an impressive track record of identifying, evaluating and executing brand, loyalty, and strategic partnerships inside a lifestyle / consumer brand. The ideal candidate is a natural leader, who inspires and excites a cross-functional team of internal and external stakeholders. Experience in managing and balancing high priority, time sensitive, partnerships and projects simultaneously is a must.

Job Responsibilities• Design and evolve the E&M partnerships strategy and priorities that drive customer and member value, and revenues for the corporation• Identify, evaluate, and execute brand, loyalty, and strategic partnerships end to end• Negotiate 'win-win' partnerships and sponsors• Program manage our partnerships ensuring timely closing of deals and managing communications to leadership teams• Collaborate and partner with key cross functional teams in marketing, digital, legal, and product teams• Ownership of post deal partner management and communications• Ensuring operational excellence of partnerships in concert with core cross functional teams

Required• Extensive experiences collaborating with and influencing internal and external business partners• Demonstrated experience in evaluating, negotiating, and closing partnerships• Ability to balance high priority, time sensitive, partnerships and projects simultaneously• Entrepreneurial, open minded, and collaborative• Comfort with and ability to manage ambiguity• Ability to form and articulate contractual, financial, business, and strategic value points• Extensive experience creating robust event strategies that appeal to both current and future consumers• Possesses a strong internal and external customer focus• Possesses impeccable written and verbal communication skills, and can comfortably 'flex' approach based on audience• Effective leadership, collaboration, communication, and facilitation skills• Preference will be given for candidates with experience working for lifestyle and consumer brands• Typically requires minimum of 5 to 7 years experience

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
