Integral to our pharmacy team, the Manager, Pharmacy Integration will be responsible for the national execution of our Integrated Pharmacy model. The Manager, Pharmacy Integration will lead a highly motivated team who are executing on delivering improved outcomes for patients by including pharmacy in primary care. This role will also cover execution of all integrated markets which do not have a current manager, pharmacy operations.
How you can make a difference
- Lead national execution of integrated pharmacy model
- Manage national team of pharmacy integration managers, including on-site audits and growth opportunities
- Ensure participation in each market COC, PEC, All Provider Meeting, and JOC.
- Broker the relationship between Village Medical and all integrated pharmacy partners
- Maintain compliance with new clinic opening pharmacy integration procedures
- Drive and execute on internal pharmacy programs
- Provide oversight and audits for collaborative practice execution
- Manage risk for medications held on-hand at clinics
- Maintain alignment among key stakeholder agreements
- Responsible for creation of national Academic Detailing plan
- Utilize proprietary reporting tools to advise on executive decision making
- Collaborate with the Pharmacy team to develop strategic, process driven, and technical solutions for improving quality and driving integration
- Present using strong written and verbal communication
- Support the team in effort to drive an optimal patient experience through VillageMD processes and services
- Evaluate existing approaches and identify areas for data driven solutions
- Gather feedback across integrated markets for gaps in patient care
- Maintain alignment among key stakeholder agreements
- Contribute to overseeing project planning and analytical requests to and from key stakeholders
- Quickly interpret data and pivot to provide the pinnacle of patient care and outcomes
Skills for success

Experience to drive change
- Pharmacist degree required
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Integrated pharmacy experience preferred
- Open to 30-40% travel within the market

For Colorado Residents only: The target hiring compensation range for this role is $110,000 to $137,000. At VillageMD, compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. This role may be eligible for annual/quarterly bonus incentives (if applicable), and the selected candidate will be eligible for a valuable company benefits plan, including health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and access to a 401k plan with company match.
