Manager, Product Management - Revenue Cycle Management

MedeAnalytics is seeking an experienced Manager of Product Management to help inform and shape our revenue cycle management (RCM) analytics solutions.  Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in RCM solutions, experience assisting with product requirements, conducting market research, client implementations, and in creating innovative features to help differentiate our product. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain an expert level of knowledge of the current industry needs and trends in healthcare business office activities, claims and AR management.
• Maintain the product roadmaps for Back Office Solutions, Cost Insights, and Revenue Integrity and work with the product owner (PO) team to implement the roadmap.
• Meet with clients to discuss roadmaps on a routine basis and occasionally to support sales.
• Create business cases including financial models to support the development of the product or services.
• Establish customer persona and market profiles.
• Evaluate Buy/Build/Partner decisions when bringing solutions to market.
• Specifying market problems and requirements for current and future products or services by conducting market analysis, attending conferences, meeting with customers, prospects, and key internal resources.
• Define and manage features in agile product management software.
• Assist with the creation of impactful product presentations, reports, and dashboards.
• Assist the product team on all product-related activities including data collection and auditing processes and specifications.
• Determine both customer needs and market need to keep the product competitive.
• Translate product strategy into requirements and work with the product owner and development team to develop the requirements.
• Work with the sales team to help develop sales artifacts to assist them with selling the product.
• Communicate with the client base to elicit feedback and help drive the prioritization of product features. 
• Will have strong managerial experience with the ability to present to the executive level.          

Education, Experience, and Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years’ experience in Revenue Cycle Management Solutions within a healthcare delivery organization (or serving them)
• Demonstrated knowledge of claims and claims processing
• Experience utilizing patient accounting, revenue cycle management, and/or electronic health records preferred
• Agile / Scrum methodology experience strongly preferred
• Experience defining/prioritizing detailed product requirements
• Ability to proactively monitor, analyze and resolve release dependencies, issues, and risks
