ABOUT CIVIC NATION’S NEW INITIATIVE ON CIVIC LEADERSHIP

Civic Nation will launch a new leadership initiative focused on building a dynamic network of local changemakers who will strengthen civic infrastructure in communities across the country.  This new program will aspire to reinvent civic life for the 21st century by cultivating the next generation of local leaders working to increase civic collaboration and engagement in their communities.  It will support and celebrate innovative, local civic engagement efforts; trains and empower leaders on the ground; and fosters a vibrant network of leaders and institutions working to reimagine how people work together to tackle challenges at the local level.  The initiative will be part of a number of initiatives at Civic Nation– a national, nonpartisan 501c3 organization with the mission to empower individuals, companies, institutions, and organizations to create a more inclusive, equitable America.
