We are looking for a strategic, ambitious sales leader to lead a team of 5-10 Renewals and Expansion Managers responsible for driving expansion and renewals into our customer base. This Manager will build the processes, automation and playbooks to help the team efficiently lead our Core customer cohort along with spending a lot of time coaching and partnering with the team. The team will be responsible for opportunity discovery and risk assessment in the base, engagement with leadership to advance client relationships and treatment, and working closely with Product to advance client needs.
What you'll do:- Lead a team of Account Managers. Much of the time will be spent coaching, account planning, and supporting the team to drive expansion, upsell, and renewals
- Manage team’s expansion, renewal and upsell forecast and roll up forecast to Director; tie performance back to Company’s financial plan
- Partner closely with counterparts in Sales, Care, Marketing, and Customer Growth to raise client issues
- Manage the upsell and renewal process end-to-end, creating new processes, automation, and tactics to help team meet and exceed goals
- Assist individual Account Managers with negotiations and account plays
- Partner in cross-functional projects with Product, Marketing, Care, Sales, Finance and Business Operations to drive forward initiatives that will increase expansion and adoption of the Classy product with customers
- Carry team and individual quota in expansion, upsell and renewals
- Must have sales management experience or account management experience (in a team lead role) in a SaaS environment.
- Experience in the nonprofit space is a plus.
