As the Revenue and Billing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the revenue and billing operations of the organization. You will play a key role in optimizing revenue generation, improving billing processes, and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of revenue management and billing principles.

As the Revenue and Billing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the revenue and billing operations of the organization. You will play a key role in optimizing revenue generation, improving billing processes, and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of revenue management and billing principles.
- Manages supervisors and teams in the Revenue & Billing group.
- Responsible for the overall billing and/or payment process health.
- Validates process controls.
- Develops, recommends and ensures implementation of process improvements, new initiatives and projects for end-to-end billing and/or payment.
- Ensures billing and/or payment processes minimize customer impact.
- Identifies abnormalities and either resolves or refers to more senior management for consideration and resolution.
- Coordinates audits to ensure compliance with billing and/or payment protocol, company policies and applicable regulations.
- Recommends steps for ongoing process improvement.
- May represent Revenue & Billing on cross-functional working groups in the design and development of technical and related procedural improvements.
- Ensures revenue recognition is accurate and prepares revenue analyses
