The position plays a critical role in aligning Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Client Success to improve seller effectiveness and drive measurable revenue impact. It blends strategic design with hands-on enablement, including ownership of sales content, training programs, and coaching frameworks. The environment is highly collaborative and data-driven, requiring strong influence across senior stakeholders and sales leadership. This is a high-impact opportunity for a leader passionate about shaping scalable, repeatable, and effective selling practices.

Accountabilities:

  • Design, own, and continuously improve the end-to-end sales motion, translating sales strategy and methodology into clear seller behaviors, messaging, and execution frameworks.
  • Develop and govern official sales content, narratives, talk tracks, presentations, and enablement materials to ensure consistency across the buyer journey.
  • Lead the design and delivery of sales training programs, including onboarding, ongoing learning, and reinforcement initiatives for sellers and managers.
  • Establish and implement a sales manager coaching methodology, acting as the “coach of coaches” to improve frontline leadership effectiveness.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Client Success teams to ensure alignment of messaging, tools, and execution standards.
  • Own and optimize the learning management system and digital enablement platforms to support scalable training delivery and engagement.
  • Define and track enablement performance metrics, using data insights to continuously improve sales effectiveness and revenue outcomes.
  • Identify skill and performance gaps across sales teams and design targeted programs to improve capability and execution.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree required; 10+ years of experience in sales, sales leadership, sales enablement, or related commercial functions.
    • Proven experience designing and implementing sales methodologies, coaching frameworks, or revenue enablement programs.
    • Strong track record of developing sales managers as effective coaches and driving seller performance improvement.
    • Experience owning sales training, messaging, and content development within complex or enterprise sales environments.
    • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Deep understanding of adult learning principles, curriculum design, and capability development.
    • Experience working with LMS platforms and digital enablement tools.
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to measure impact and refine strategies.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills in fast-paced environments.
    • Benefits:

      • Fully remote work environment within the United States.
      • Opportunity to shape enterprise-wide sales strategy and enablement practices.
      • High-impact leadership role influencing revenue performance and sales effectiveness.
      • Collaborative environment working closely with senior Sales, Marketing, and Operations leaders.
      • Access to modern learning technologies and enablement platforms.
      • Opportunity to build scalable coaching and training frameworks across a global organization.
      • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and seniority.
      • Travel requirement limited to approximately 10%.
