The Opportunity

The Security Sales Enablement Manager position works directly with potential and current FWI|Poppulo customers. This role is responsible for preparing and refreshing security documentation that will be used to demonstrate security controls. This role is ultimately responsible for the answers provided in Security Questionnaires. In addition, this role will collaborate with the sales team, sales engineers, customer success, legal, and others to ensure customers realize the value of their investment. This individual will organize and present materials to customers to ensure they receive an accurate understand of our security during the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a small team responsible for the Security Sales Enablement process
  • Manage Security Information Requests intake process, work with customers and members of the sales team to provide information needed to meet customer goals.
  • Own the creation and updating of documentation given to customers to demonstrate our Security Profile.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the platform to advise the customer on the best security controls to meet their needs and goals.
  • Run the Security Enablement Council meetings to promote Security through the organization.
  • Work closely with the Security Product Manager to advise on security controls needed from experiences with customers.
  • Drives communication with the customer regarding security expectations.
  • Attend customer meetings to demonstrate the Security profile of FWI|Poppulo
  • Collaborate with sales and other cross-functional FWI|Poppulo teams to advise on Security Certifications held by FWI |Poppulo.
  • Learn, apply and improve internal frameworks and documents used to demonstrate FWI |Poppulo security profile.

Salary Range: Candidate Expertise Required

  • B.A./B.S. degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a related field, preferably within an Information Security environment.
  • Deep knowledge of FWI|Poppulo platform and channels.
  • Mid to advanced level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Preparing executive-level presentations and effectively communicating it over remote video conferencing or in-person (travel may be required).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Reliable internet access while working remotely, not in a FWI|Poppulo office.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple sales opportunities, internal teams, stakeholders, processes, and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, process improvement and business acumen.
  • Ability to understand complex business communication processes.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment and maintain quality results following company goals and standards.

Salary : 13000- 140000 USD
