TigerConnect is looking for our first Manager, Software Engineering for the Alarm Management and Event Notification team. In this role, you will manage a development team of seasoned Software and QA Engineers and collaborate with product managers, system analysts, and cross functional engineers to design and develop product solutions. We're a fast paced department working on critical systems that directly impact our clients, doctors & nurses, and their ability to provide the best possible patient care. This is an exciting position that will allow you to provide guidance and structure to a high-performing engineering team.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage and provide technical guidance to team members, challenging them to meet their potential and create solutions that align with our architectural guidelines and project goals
- Manage technical project risks and issues. Recognize and determine the appropriate corrective action to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget and scope
- Act as Scrum Master and identify & execute appropriate communication methods to assure project team collaboration and following of agile best practices
- Design, development, and testing of the software components & applications and writing effective documentation
- Develop and lead within abstract OO software frameworks, asynchronous programming, and multithreaded solutions following accepted design patterns and practices
- Interface with customers and Technical Support Department
- Up to quarterly travel for team meetings
What You Bring:
- B.S. in computer science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a software engineering capacity
- Experience leading through influence and direct management of development teams
- Experience building enterprise level software solutions
- Strong experience with our tech stack: Windows application development with C# and .NET Framework including parallel and asynchronous processing
- Experience integrating with and developing REST APIs
- Strong technical skills with SQL and knowledge of MS SQL Server
- Strong development in SDLC including tools (AzureDevOps with source control)
It's a plus if you bring:
- Web Programming Experience with ASP.Net, Angular, MVVM, JQuery, JavaScript, MVC, IIS, .Net Core and Web Service Frameworks
- Experience with Healthcare and HL7 Protocols
- Experience with cross platform mobile application development using Xamarin
How we pay:
- We believe in paying fairly and equitably based on a number of factors including but not limited to work experience, interview performance, internal equity, geography, and expected level of responsibilities
- We are targeting a base salary from $113,600 -$210,000
- You will also be able to participate in our annual corporate bonus program
