The Role:
Lead a team of thought leaders and resident experts on product offering questions, technical integrations, success stories, and general industry knowledge for the sales team and prospective clients. You will be responsible for managing, guiding, and mentoring the team to deliver on goals and quota. Your team will be critical to increasing closed-won ratios and accelerating the pipeline to close through a strong close process
You will partner with Sales Manager colleagues to ensure we are fully utilizing our industry expertise to drive pipeline growth
You will partner with Implementation and Custom Success colleagues to ensure we document prospect needs and decision points clearly throughout the sale.
On behalf of your team and the sales org, you will help manage custom requests for the sales process
The Team: The team consists of 6 Solutions Consultants (SCs)
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of solutions leadership experience
- Experience leading 1:1s, call reviews, enablement and training sessions
- Ability to establish yourself as a trusted advisor with internal stakeholders
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
- You are a roll-up your sleeves and get work done kind of person.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the health tech space
- Experience selling to HR buyers
- A passion for coaching and developing sales talent
- A love for leadership, culture, and vision building
- Experience setting OKRs and managing a team against them
Compensation:
Carrot offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work, including health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, short- and long-term incentives, parental leave, family-forming assistance, and a competitive compensation package. The expected base salary for this position will range from $143,000 - $213,000. Actual compensation, including any applicable bonus or variable component, may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
