Manager, Supply Planning

About You:

As the Nutrafol Supply Chain Manager, you are the center of Nutrafol's daily supply activities. You will work with procurement, logistics, demand planning, accounting, and fulfillment operations and other internal stakeholders to support the needs of the Nutrafol business DTC channel. You will own the end-to-end supply chain that supports the growth for Nutrafol.com. You will report directly to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain. 

Responsibilities: 

• Fully responsible for the supply chain supporting our DTC channel
• Managing all inventory for the channel including finished goods, components and raw materials
• Work with Demand Planner to execute monthly forecasts by SKU
• Create and manage production plans for all vendors to ensure we hold the proper amount of inventory at our fulfillment centers
• Manage component and raw material inventory for all production facilities to ensure we have what is needed to run our products
• Maintain professional and efficient supplier relationships while holding vendors accountable for deadlines
• Understanding the Nutrafol.com customer experience to ensure the right inventory mix
• Work collaboratively with Marketing to understand upcoming promos and ensure there is supply to support ad buys.
• Work collaboratively with Finance and Ops to understand key metrics and develop ideas and strategies to improve cost efficiencies and aid business performance
• Analyze and interpret SKU effectiveness and efficiency and guide SKU rationalization. 
• Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business-related field
• Excellent understanding of supply chain operations and systems
• Experience with inventory management practices
• Ability to make smart and quick decisions ,and an understanding of how those decisions affect the business in the short and long term
• Exceptional excel/sheets skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Exceptional communication, follow-through, leadership and organizational skills

Preferred:

• • Experience managing a supply chain and familiarity with all activities (sourcing, forecasting, logistics, purchasing, planning, and project management)
  • Has worked at growth companies and/or larger corporations
  • SkuBana experience
  • Six Sigma experience
