Manager, System Solutions (Remote)

Position Purpose: Lead implementation projects across multiple functional teams while ensuring delivery excellence. Drive key business initiatives and solutions across the project while adhering to the prescribed methodologies. Develop and implement plans to drive solution related revenue and program deployment while leading a team of internal and external resources.

- Develop, share, and incorporate organizational best practices into business applications.

- Provide end-to-end system management and solutions for key applications accessed by customer service, enrollment, provider relations, members and providers.

- Manage key business requirements and implementation for production and enhancements to applications.

- Support business process initiatives though data analysis, identification of implementation barriers to meet customer requirements.

- Provide full-cycle system support and collaborate with IT ensuring timely system implementation.

- Diagnose problems and identify opportunities for application and functionality redesign and improvement.

- Provide direction to deliver and manage consistent business-processes.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, IT, related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of implementation and/or program management experience, preferably in the healthcare industry. Previous experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross functional teams on large scale projects or supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work and managing the performance of staff. Demonstrated understanding of healthcare operations and the relationships and dependencies between functional areas preferred.

License/Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
