Klaviyo, Inc. Talent Management position in Boston, MA: Design and implement talent management strategy and execute the people development agenda. Design, develop, and execute company-wide talent management practices, processes, and tools in support of performance management, talent reviews, skill frameworks and models, feedback/assessment, career growth, and development. Partner across human resources and the business to identify and address critical capability requirements that enable growth. Salary range: $114,234 to $162k
