- Support the strategy and execution of outstanding talent management processes & programs at Guild including competency development, talent & succession planning, career development conversations, and more.
- Collaborate with leaders across to ensure a cohesive, meaningful, and relevant employee and manager experience.
- In partnership with the Director of Talent Management, ensure that equity and inclusion are woven into all talent-related activities and help roll out equitable programs and outcomes for our employees.
- Support and manage the implementation of our organizational competency model rollout including systems and change management processes.
- Experience in implementing and managing successful talent management processes, including experience in competency creation and modeling, talent & succession planning, and more.
- Experience supporting sophisticated, org-wide initiatives, including managing large-scale projects with multiple contending priorities while partnering with leaders across the company for prioritization and implementation.
- Experience implementing and managing org-wide competency models, embedding proficiencies appropriately within internal and adjacent talent processes.
- Talent Management experience at a Fortune 1000 or within a Management Consulting firm.
- Experience managing a talent management measurement strategy and using analytics to measure the success of programs.
- Experience in fostering ways of innovating traditional standard methodology development programs.
